Brian Zwerner’s Kensington Blake Capital views on Atlanta Commercial Real Estate Market

Brian Zwerner, Managing Principal of Kensington Blake Capital, reports that the commercial real estate market in Atlanta is heating up again. The benchmark project in Atlanta is Buckhead Atlanta, an upscale mixed use property at the trophy corner location of West Paces Ferry and Peachtree Road. The Buckhead Atlanta development has led to a surge in rental apartment development in the core Buckhead area in and around Peachtree Road. Large apartment complexes are being developed by national companies all around the Buckhead area. Camden Paces is another large complex that recently opened. Further on the west end of Buckhead is a large new development called Crescent Howell Mill.
