An accomplished business consultant and financial professional with years of experience in the field, Brian Zwerner currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Kensington Blake Capital, a private investment fund.

Zwerner also serves as a Senior Advisor to one of his portfolio companies, Provider Web Capital.  Provider Web is the leading finance company serving small businesses in the healthcare sector in the United States.  Zwerner is helping to lead the company through an explosive growth phase, helping businesses serve their mission of providing patient care.

Previously, Zwerner served as Senior Vice President with FIG Partners, LLC, in Atlanta, Georgia. Zwerner oversaw the launch of the FIG Partners fixed-income business, which diversifies the company’s already extensive offering of financial services. As Senior Vice President of the boutique investment bank focused on community and regional banks nationwide, Zwerner worked closely with clients to help them develop their investment portfolios of fixed income securities. Additionally, Zwerner served as a consultant for clients seeking valuation services on more complex securities.

Before joining the team at FIG Partners, Brian Zwerner spent more than two years as a Partner and Founder of Vertical Capital Solutions, LLC, in Atlanta, Georgia. In this capacity, Zwerner provided financial consulting services in valuation and risk management for derivatives and structured products. Zwerner worked on a wide variety of projects during his time with Vertical Capital Solutions, including cash flow analysis for structured products, management of complex securities portfolios, and pricing of RMBS, CMBS, and CDOs.

Earlier in his career, Brian Zwerner spent two years as Managing Director and Head of Structured Derivative Products with Wachovia Bank in Charlotte, North Carolina. There Zwerner developed a trading book of fixed-income structured derivatives. Zwerner specialized in a wide array of investment products including commodities, interest rates, credit, and FX. In addition to gaining experience with bespoke portfolios and correlation trades, Zwerner developed several key trading relationships with both buy-side and sell-side traders.
